One such example is our work with ADEY, where we transformed an industrial warehouse into a functional and agile workspace. The challenge was to maintain operational production while addressing poor acoustics and minimal environmental control. Our solution involved constructing a designated admin hub above the production area, implementing a rapid-build steel frame, integrating flexible and collaborative spaces, and incorporating branding and acoustic materials to improve sound attenuation. The result was a unique and efficient work environment tailored to ADEY’s needs.
Another project, Exactaform, required the design of a new building that would accommodate offices, production, and storage while allowing for business expansion. The space needed to express the company’s corporate ambitions and create a client-facing environment to impress visitors. We delivered a production area capable of facilitating growth, a dedicated client space for engagement, and a flexible, activity-based work environment, creating a purpose-built facility perfectly suited to the company’s vision.
For Alliance Pharma, the challenge was to adapt and extend an existing office within a Listed Building that lacked connectivity and sufficient space for growth. Our solution introduced a new café and breakout space, improved office facilities, a redesigned entrance and atrium, and an upgraded exterior with an outdoor terrace. These interventions resulted in a more connected and functional workspace, supporting the company’s continued expansion.
